Accommodation  Please note that registrants are responsible for organising their own accommodation. Conference dinner is on Saturday 1 June at 7pm. Dinner price of $60 does not include drinks. The dinner will be held in a room just for APDTNZ so plenty of opportunities for networking.

Day Rates are now open!   Due to the level of interest in this year's conference we are limiting registration numbers.  Preference is for the full weekend but one and two day options are now available. Please select the appropriate Registration Option and select the days you wish to attend. 

  • Members:  $175 earlybird and $200 standard, per day.
  • Non-Members:  $200 earlybird and $225 standard, per day.

Airport Shuttle  The Waipuna does not offer a free shuttle service.  Please complete the travel details portion of the registration form if require airport transport. APDTNZ will be organising shuttle transport to save on your costs.

Trade Stall Registrations - If you would like to have a trade stall at the conference please complete this registration form. 

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION:  All refunds must be requested in writing.  An administration fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations. No refunds will be granted after 14 days prior to the Conference (Fri 17th May 2019). Neither APDTNZ nor the Conference Organisers are responsible for any loss or damage as a result of alteration to the programme, cancellations or postponement of the conference due to unforeseen occurrence or any other event that results in staging of the conference being impractical or impossible.  If APDTNZ is forced to cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, it will only be liable to reimburse the conference fee to delegates.  Delegates are encouraged to take out their own insurance as necessary to cover potential losses

NOTE: To register with member discount you must include your membership number on the form.  Members must be CURRENT financial members.  If you are unsure of your membership number please contact membership@apdtnz.org.nz    Payment by PayPal is the preferred form of payment as it guarantees your registration.  Bank payments must be paid within 3 workings days.
